Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.

Please ensure all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout. Nubody boutique is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once packages are shipped, Nubody boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

PICK UP ORDERS                                                                                                               Local pickup is available for Miami customers. Pickup instructions and address details will be sent once your order is ready.

Please note that local pickup orders will be held for up to 10 days after customers are notified that their order is ready for pickup. If the order is not picked up within 10 days, the customer forfeits the right to exchanges or store credit, and the sale will become final.

Orders not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned, and customers will no longer be eligible to claim the items, receive store credit, or request a refund.

By choosing local pickup, the customer agrees to follow all pickup policies and procedures.
